Mind you, contrary to most on here, I suspect, I don't rate Andrew Hawes as a great commentator or interviewer. He starts almost every sentence with "Um" for a start and is always getting names wrong. Players names and team names. I think it was against Colchester he referred to them as Ipswich throughout the match. Maybe I'm being harsh and I don't dislike him - he comes across as a very likeable bloke, but I am sometimes mildly irritated by him.

Amusing how they talk about dominating the second half... You don't say! Having read the handful of posts on their forum, I don't think football's for them.

Having an extra man against a team hanging onto the lead doesn’t always lead to dominating the game tbf - just ask….umm Swindon, only a few weeks back we couldn’t do it…

Well that was why we watch football. Nerves were in shreds after that. Always critical about our recent support but last night that was Swindon from old. The DR stand was bouncing.
Clem must have realised what potential the club has last night and can only hope the crowds are rewarded with a decent invested in team next season. You can see why FGR are at the top, a very good side and they stretched us when down to 10 but we held firm.
Payne never stopped running. Baudry once again justifying his place in the side. Conroy and Williams magnificent but they all were.
Pathetic turn out from the Village team. Their fans realising that they were in a proper football ground. Iandolo daft yellows and deserved both, at one time the game looked like boiling over.
Can’t wait for Saturday and going Corporate. What a special night though at the CG. Why ohh why couldn’t we replicate that intensity at home this season.

Take a shot every time he says somebody has 'BOOMED' the ball forward.

Working late last night so only caught bits on the radio. As above the atmosphere was a throwback to the late 70's & 80's with non stop singing even though the game was on a knife edge.
I alonost forgot who was the posh sounding co-commentator alongside Hawes🤔

Havent read back yet...
Biggest rear guard action since Charlton away when we got an OG off the keepers head from a corner.
Charlton needed a point to get back to the Prem and we held them out.
Coconut Shy...
Keeps the dream alive a little longer...
Another must win on Saturday.
