Rhys- a couple of blinding saves, but at fault for goal one and made some poor 'come or stay' desicions- 6
O'Hanlon- clearly unfit, but got stuck in well, but generally outclassed- 5
Smith- failed to make one telling pass or tackle but worked hard- 5
Heywood- one of the better ones today, he was anonymous and thats a good thing for a central defender- 7
Reeves- continued his good run, but gave too much away (free kicks) in dangerous areas- 6
Garrard- again, sloppy passes at times but good energy, impressed me today as he had a tough job- 6
Howard- pretty poor today, hardly touched the ball- 4
Igoe (MOTM)- hard working, beat people and tracked back, lacked a final ball- 7.5
Duke- solid and steady, nothing to alarm the boo-boys- 6
Holmes- beat his man on a few occasions, but looked frustrated with lack of support to aim at in the box, he was very well marshalled today- 5
Parkin- quite rightly fed up with his lone role, had not one good chance- 6
At least the effort was there again today, in the first half I thought we were the better side until Rhys cocked it up. In the end, SW probably deserved to win an unspectacular game because they created better chances. We were beaten away by the form side at the moment, can't complain really.
Mind you, I was in a shocking mood having got thumped by a S Utd cunt in the pub.

O'Hanlon- clearly unfit, but got stuck in well, but generally outclassed- 5 Smith- failed to make one telling pass or tackle but worked hard- 5 O'Hanlon and Smith won more tackles and put more pressure on their midfield in the SW half than Howard and Igoe have done all season
Howard- pretty poor today, hardly touched the ball- 4 A spectator again. Should give back his wages. Should have been subbed much earlier. Deserves to be dropped.
Igoe (MOTM)- hard working, beat people and tracked back, lacked a final ball- 7.5 Started to run out of steam after 30 minutes first half. Completely useless for last 30 minutes of game. Head and heart had gone. Gave up. Should have been subbed.
Duke- solid and steady, nothing to alarm the boo-boys- 6 Continues to make same sort of glaring mistakes at left back. Will King ever learn? Looked capable in midfield when Nicho came on and did a proper job at left side of defence.

well got back home about 20 minutes ago, and what can i say:
rhys made some brilliant saves, then ruins that by doing something stupid for there first. Holmes again looked good on the wing, while Smith i thought played well, and deserves to continue in the team. Howard was once again not up to standard, maybe being dropped might do him some good!
Sheff wednesday weren't special, but played better than us at times, and used there chances well, while we lacked that final touch/pass/shot on goal. frustrating to watch at times.
