No they won't.

They'll show Man U against Leeds and probably the Plastics against Scousepool.

Not forgetting the choice of West Ham v Arsenal and even Middlesbrough v Man City, plenty infront of Fulham v Swindon,we got no chance of being live.

If the West Ham vs Arsenal game DOESNT get chosen by TV and moved to the sunday then I am pretty sure someone in London is going to get moved by the Police.

I dont think the Met will cover West Ham, Arsenal, Spurs and Chelsea all on the same saturday 3pm KO.

Jills could be at Barnet if Barnet win their replay at Accrington.

You cant beat the cup. Pure random. The unseeded draws are anarchy and long may it continue.

Millwall or Staines are at home to Derby. The Met will look at a combination of games in London
on saturday and sunday. They don't like the possibility of travelling fans "meeting up".

Of course due it being a bank holiday weekend, they could play some games on New Years Day, a traditional footie day.

Yeah I would have thought we'd have a league game on the 1st Jan. Does that not happen anymore?

Jills wouldn't travel through any of our stations would they? Other side of London.

If the FA Cup 3rd round wasn't on the 2nd Jan, then there would've been a full league program. They no longer play 2 games in 2 days anymore.

When did New Years Day games stop tho? We were at home to Swansea on New Years Day only like 2 years ago. Or did that fall on a weekend?  Huh?

OK fair enough. Didn't actually go myself. I'm not usually in much state to go to footie new years day.

And our reputation isn't very good with the Met or the transport police up here

I think it's purely because the 2nd is a Saturday. If it wasn't, they'd play on the 1st.

Really?

I presume suttonred is referring to our 'full and frank' discussion with Oxford last year near Paddington Station after the Gillingham game.
