I must have had that, subconsciously, at the back of my mind as well. Poor omission on my part (not least because Ossie was in the bloody film as well!)...and a good spot on yours. |

Escape to Victory, classic. John Wark is the only player from that film I've seen play. I thought he was about 100 in 1996, turns out he was about the same age as I am now. Fuck.

I can't remember him playing for us, just checked and it was 2 sub appearances (Sunderland and Oldham, Aug 1989), my first game was Bolton Wanderers ( 21 Nov 1989). |

Will I be able to buy a ticket with a ST of somebody who isnt me? Never had an ST always pay on the day or in advance and normally source my ST holder only tickets via a good friend who isnt so good at the moment.

It wouldn't make any sense, given you can buy over the phone, to have to be there in person with your ST. What time do people realistically think we'll need to be there?

Yes though it would be avisable to know the postcode and address of the person who's ticket it is. They may ask. |
