Reading the Oxford Mail on friday i noticed a write up on OUFC's fans forum.
One question asked by a U's fan was
''Why did we miss out on Lee Peacock to Swindon'' ?
Brian Talbot replied....
''I don't think it's acceptable for a player in our league to be earning £120,000 a year''.
So that works out at roughly £2300 a week!
No wonder he's allways smiling! he's talking shit. oxford payed 3k a week for mooney so they can afford that. he's just tying to put a brave face on the fact that the cock didnt want to play for a shit team sat in the pits of the football league like oxford |
