In all seriousness I would have thought the Kassam's 3 sided nature would lend itself well to concerts etc. The stage would be in the car park rather than on the pitch. meaning you could fit more people in and the pitch wont get fucked. You would have to take that nice little fence down though.  |

the pitch probably wouldnt get fucked as we've got a part-artificial surface which attracts clubs which, unlike us, are one step behind the forefront of science and technology, like Real Madrid.
