I cook alot of curry's and to add real fire to a dish slice 3 or 4 scotch bonnet chili's in half and let them simmer away in the curry for 3 or 4 hours. Awesome.

Best time. My sleep patterns are fucked so it would be more like dinner for me. A kebab would be good aswell. I love kebabs.

Im not a big fan of Popadoms, i prefer Naan bread. I always have Pilau Rice and a few pints of their finest Lager.

I usually go for quite a hot curry but we visited the Biplob recently and I went for a Lamb Achaar.
It was amazing, not hot at all but the lamb tasted so good with the minty curry. I'd recommend it to anyone who isn't keen on dishes with heat.

Lamb Achaar
(Lamb pieces cooked with chopped onions and tomato and lemon juice with coconut and mint sauce with a touch of honey)
