Best game in months. Curo - MOTM. Great performance, lets hope he can go and get double figures. Well done Jamie. Peacock - I love him already. Showed some good touches and got his debut goal. Fallon - Didnt do much, but he scored and that is what counts. Shakes - Crosses improving, even swung one in with his left. Stef - Shame he got bundled, I imagine him and Rory had something cooked up for a celebration. Gurney - Got stuck in. Not slipped back into old habits...yet. Jarrett - Looks a decent player. Quick and can cross. Cant be bothered with the rest, cant think of anyone who played badly. Unbeaten at home in 2006

Why was Cureton wearing black tape around his arm? Had it at Gills as well. Surely if somebody had died the whole team would have one. :?

That was a fantastic game. Edge of your seat stuff! everybody played brilliant today and I feel so proud. Ifil just seems to get better, pleased for curo and I'm glad the fans gave him a good reception. He definately deserved it, you could see how happy he was. Peacocks ace I have a feeling he will bang some more in too. Garret looked impressive too, like a little dart he is! I have to say we have some top quality players here now and I really do believe we can stay up. We have a team of men now.

Missed the game today due to work commitments. Sounded like we had a stormer! Shame we conceded two goals. Was CCP the last man for the penalty?

Was CCP the last man for the penalty? technically yes, but I think the penalty was given for the handball and not the tackle. The hand ball was accidental.....but gave CCP an advantage and was clear.....defo penalty. However i thought CCP took the ball with his tackle... Not sure which one the ref actually gave it for. Think he saw the handball played advantage because the ball went back to Hayter, then CCP tackled him....Hayter didnt have an advantage so the ref pulled it back for the handball, if thats what he did he was right If he gave it for the tackle, then he only did it because he didnt give the handball in my opinion

If he was the last man then surely should have been sent off, so must have given it for the handball?! Great to see the ref messed up then!
Who got MOTM. Can't wait for Sarfend now! You have to go now young sir!

Ahh, so that's why it was a penalty, couldn't see the handball from the townend and I was hopping mad thinking he'd given the pen for a great tackle.

I cant be 100% sure, but if it was given....as explain in my orginal quote, then even with my Swindon tinted specs on, I think the ref got it right. CCP didnt mean to handball it, but his arm was out and he stopped the ball going past him with it
