Maybe now that we have some wage money available we might have a chance of getting Holmes on loan. its a right winger need though, not a left winger...

I like Shakes and Nicolau didn't look brilliant when I saw him. I would rather we stay with what we have got, give the young ones some experience for next season. But you just said I hope we can bring in Lee Holmes Left Wingers. Nicky Nicolau Aaron Brown David Stroud Right Wingers. Ricky Shakes bit one sided, added to the fact Shakes is the worst out of the 4.

I disagree Shakes is class, but we do need someone else who can play right wing. ...and what do you base this opinion on? *same reaction at Blackcurrant*

I think I should really shutup or else I will be able to hear the sound of laughter from my house, but I saw him do some good turns against Swansea, but he needs to learn how to cross. he played alright against the Swans, I'll give him that. Sadly thats his best game for town. Most other games he struggles to control the ball...and when he does usually dribbles it off the pitch. pure pace....

And Rory was the best striker we had (until Peacock signed... ) Just goes to show how weak we really are this season.

Could you hear me laughing from my floor, VD? I heard a loud thud, the building shook and some of the ceiling fell down. I guess that was you falling off your chair with laughter

shakes is the best right winder we've got. Shame he can't complete the vital task of crossing, eh? Mind you, I just don't understand how he can be half decent on FM2006 but is crap in the flesh. How is such a thing possible??? Oh hang on, I'm mixing realities again. Must have been playing that damned game too much.

Do you think Shakes should be given a run-out up front?
After all that's where he played on loan at Bury and grabbed the goals that caught King's eye in the first place.

Might as well, its not as if our strikers are scoring a great deal.....maybe with his pace and generally ability to fall over he could win us a few Penalties, he could be the next Sabin....
