Does anyone have any experience of booking tickets to see a show/play in the West End? Thinking of taking someone at Easter there, though ideally will need somewhere to stay too. I've heard of bumper tickets where you can get the ticket and hotel room for about £50 each - anyone got any clues/experience on this? I'm hopeless....  |

I might have to stretch that, but to be honest I'm willing to go to about £130-140 for the night. Where did you buy the tickets from? If the worst comes to the worst she come back to my room at you-knee, but it's a single bed.... |

I went to see the lion king at the lycium, went to the radisson hotel after which set me back a cool £150 for a night. was a good day though  :twisted: |

I took the Mrs to see Mary Poppins for her b'day, set me back £130 each, 4 star Hotel in Kensington though.
Oh and yes the show for me was my idea of hell.

I got mine from lastminute.com. Also used Superbreak, but expect to pay in the order of £120 plus for anything decent. I stayed in a Radisson hotol opposite the British Museum, very nice too and less than two minutes walk to the tube.
