I got my p45 ...well not technically but possibly as good as .. our branch closes on 17th Feb .. but i get to apply for other branches for a while before we are told we have to move or were sacked totally

It'll be 10% + I expect.
Doubt it will be as high as it was my first year though, that was over 13% I think.
I wish the taxman didnt get a share though, why should he gte my bonus. He doesnt do any of my work for me :evil:

Mine was about 750 this year, but since I'm leaving, I also got half of next summer's as well bringing it to around a grand... ..but I also got my P45 - damn I'm gonna miss having a salary

I've clocked up a bottle of Vino and two extra free days off.
We get our bonus at the end of the financial year depending how the company has performed over the financial year.

No bonus for me When I worked in a bank we used to get 2.5% at Xmas and an extra month around March/April time plus other quarterly bonuses, I miss them.
