The whole thing about quotas is wrong, in no other sport at the olympics do they pick the GB team on where they are from, they pick the best squad to win, it'd be over representative of England true, but we're by far the largest country by population and the best footbal team out of the lot so would obviously have more players in teh side.
south african cricket team needs to have a certain amount of coloured fellows in it i believe
