For the 1st birthday there ahould be an election of fresh admin and mods.
US president style....one year in the job only.....then tired old fookers like Yeovil and Sonic can be replaced.
Whits gets to stay on as he's ace and hasn't had a year yet.
It can be done by poll.....candidates need to be willing, so can offer their services informally and then be proposed and seconded in the usual fashion.

Must admit I'm more of an 80% football 25% bollocks man myself.
All this chat of gyms, omelettes and sheds is all well and good but there's not nearly enough football on here anymore.
Not that there's a great deal Swindon related material about, but for a decent debate now that King's gone there's only Ben and his mate Dwight Yorke to really debate with!
I think the problem is it's all become a bit of a closed circle on here. We don't get any opposition fans to badger or even the likes of Supersonic, Gerry, Lifetime Red, Dilly and Columbo who love them or detest them certainly add genuine spice to the forum.
As for Mickey he eventually just fucks off valued posters and it's akin to being on you've been framed but having had Beadle tell you it's all a stunt before it even starts. Besides that I find material is older than a Les Dennis stand-up routine and it’s only the odd outraged response that provides any sort of mirth.
Where have all the twats gone that’s what I want to know?
