staffy's can get proper griiiimey if they want to, you should consider yourself lucky.
my dog used to bite me if he got shocked or something just out of instinct but then as you say, looked sad straight after.

My dog bit me a few years back when I was trying to pull him off some other dog that he was giving a right good kicking.I had to have a tetnus injection in my backside and he was straight to the vets for the chop.

My dos almost the best dog in the world. Her only problem is humping! She just randomly mounts me, my mates, girlfriend, the list goes on.
She even mounts male dogs and starts shagging them like shes a bloke! Sometimes she gets confused and mounted one dogs face!
