Then i started a game with STFC, which i was up 'til 5am playing. 4th after 10 games, unbeaten away from home. Finding a 4-5-1, with Peacock as lone striker is working very well. Took Cox's advice about training, and it appears to be working a charm. I'd recommend signing Gavin Strachan to work with either Gurns or Smith in DM, you can pick him up quite cheap.
Finished 3rd in aforementioned STFC game, 1st season. Lost in the play-off final to Brentford though. Got 10 games to go in my 2nd season, in 4th, only 2 points away from 2nd place though, so going for auto places hopefully.

Snapped up.....

Andy Smith(FC- Donnie?)
Paul Thirlwell  Cool (DMC - Sunderland?)
Craig Gardner (AMC - Loan - Villa)
Luke Steele (GK - Loan - Man Ure)
Liam Atkin (DC - Newcastle)

Would highly recommend Gardner, playing him just behind the front man/front two. Top scorer with 20 in 38 Cool

I could just re-up the no-cd patch, for *ahem* lost/broken cds. I'm assuming you still have the bastard installed on your computer.

the bad thing about a lower league one is there are loads of matches to compute, so it takes a while

I have played with them for a while now. The problem is the crowds. I have got them into the Championship, and lost in the playoff final the last two seasons for the Prem. Most games, they only seem to get 1000-2000 attendance, so you are very reliant on playing big teams in preseason, getting lucky draws in the Cups, and flogging your best player every so often... and signing teenagers plus a load of old stagers as player/coach, who hardly demand any wages.

Currently 15th in Prem. Was bottom, but in last four games I have beaten Chelsea 2-0 at home, drew 1-1 at Old Trafford, and beat Liverpool 1-0 at Anfield!
Might have a chance of staying up after all!

Currently 7th in league two with Crawley Town, after one win and 3 draws....I should have won all the games i'v played so far, but my strikers seem to keep missing one on ones (James Constable, mainly) or my team are all over them, then the opposition have one attack and score from it!

Ah well, im sure i will be picking up some more wins sooner or later.

Current first team:
GK: Slettovolli
DR: Makumbu
DL: Woozley
DC: Herring
DC: Collins (Great player! On loan from Ipswich)
MR: Britton (Leon Britton)
ML: Elam
MC: Sparv/Igoe
MC: Wormull
FC: Clare
FC: Constable/Cropper

Subs:
Falt, Tindall/Spurr, Lambu, Jephcott, Ferdinand
