to be fair i don't see Reading as rivals and think what they have acheived after the 3.1 home defeat to us is presedent to what we could acheive if we get the support and surroundings.

1000 isnt very good to be honest.

I know you lot like comming to ours. So we'll get through to 3rd round and then you lot can come down to ours. We'll even get excited about it.

So only 30 miles more than me and I've missed 1 home game, and 1 away.

You should be ashamed of yourself! Wink

If we start putting up a fight Id expect us to start taking over 1000 north of Birmingham in the 2nd half of the season.

Shall we tell him we took 3100 to Stoke in 2001 when we stayed up? Nah.

it'd be interesting to compare how many we've taken away compared with other clubs. we'd be well up there i reckon.

Quite right Bedford.

I never made it to the old County Ground at Northampton, but my mates tell me it was a really wierd ground.

People on deck chairs and stuff.

Because it doubled up as a cricket ground....it only had 3 permanentish stands and they were shit....the 4th side which went onto the cricket pitch,, once they'd finished, consisted of what looked like wooden pallets stacked on each other, with space for standing about 20 deep.

BTW finding a Reading fan in here is like discovering dog shit on your shoe, and you've walked into the carpet.

Yeah, I've been to the cricket ground a few times, but never made it in time to see the two together.

I remember Reading fans did the "go on Swindon forums because Reading are doing well" last season and their bubble burst thus making them nowhere to be seen, until now.

I've hardly ever heard an anti-Reading song at Swindon... I must have at some point.

Oxford are the enemy fullstop.

Better than the likes of Port '4th in the league and 70 away supporters' Vale. Thats for sure.
