They aren't allowed to broadcast the commentary online -- Premium TV are the rightsholders, and sell the commentary online as part of the websites.  If it's been broadcast on that stream it will have been by mistake.

its classic swindon - they always start the commentary 5 minutes after the start, then you get a 2 second break every few minutes.  Was listening to the doncaster commentary - very funny to hear them come on to carmina burana (old spice), plus their commentator sounds like mark radcliffe and lard saying `i was having a dddrrink then !`
