Who would have thought playing to the teams strengths rather than a players strength would on early viewing be successful and easier on the eye? Oldaker, Nichols, Glatzel and Drinnan look completely different players.
I know I risk the wrath of Ollie having an opinion and all that, but very early signs are very promising.
