Defeat on penalties

Win on penalties, Ward stops four of them.

Trying to predict a lineup feels quite difficult, Holloway’s interview earlier sounded like Bodin/McGregor are more likely to get 30 minutes off the bench and that he may rest a few. Believe you can name 9 subs in this competition too. Therefore:

Ward

Mabete Wright TWB

Snowdon Kilkenny Ball Foye

Glatzel Tabor Ameen

SUBS:
Ripley, Clarke, McGregor, Oldaker, Nichols, Butterworth, Bodin, Ehibhatiomhan, Smith.

I think Butterworth and Bodin will be in there.

Has the Prince actually signed?

I’d still play Ripley - he needs to find his mojo.

I've been looking forward to this game for 20+ years. Used to live in Cardiff area, missed the game we last played them. And now its going to complete the current 92 as a Town fan (obviously many more new grounds, but completes all clubs). Based on Holloway chaos-ball, I'd go for a high scoring defeat (3-2). Expect to see significant rotation of our multiple forward line. It would be nice to see 3 defenders in defence but possibly Ball, Mabete, Delaney. If Delaney doesn't feature then he's must be on his way.

I really, really don’t care how we do it. Just get into the 2nd round.

He has now...

Hopefully Saints give him permission to play in the cup...though we're not exactly short of forward options if not.

Reckon the 1,800 odd Swindon fans at Cardiff tomorrow might get to see the new fella in action.

Trained today, sounds like permissions should arrive for him to feature
