Fingers crossed the game is on

So, with all the talk of safety inspections and closed bits of the ground, we've rather ignored the probably reasonable chance of there being a football match of Saturday.

Team news is that Harry Smith is doubtful (so he'll start), Kirkman is out, Munroe has tonsilitis. Ameen left wing back? Bodin?

We are 'struggling for subs' so could be one or two more.

Feels like we need a win for morale here, doesn't it?

A home loss in combination with the recent off field issues would certainly put an end to all the pre season optimism.

It does have the feeling of a must not lose already.

When is the game being on going to be confirmed? I'm holding off buying a ticket.

Scandalous that the club have left it this late to comply unless of course they enjoy the media coverage Cheesy

Would expect to see a more energetic performance tomorrow.

Can't say that I've ever harboured anything other than indifference towards Cambridge Utd and its fans.

Having said that, the football shit list is always open for new & deserving entries.

Bloody hope so. Don’t know if I can cope with Snowdon at RWB again!

I'm not going Saturday, HTH.

Any tips on how to get my Hugh into a gokart?

I expect nothing from tomorrow, that way even a point is worthwhile.
