Apart from the brilliance of the football we played today ,really impressed with the tenacity in winning the ball back today all over the pitch
That was the absolute key to stopping Grimsby and making them look shit

It’s not going to happen unless Colchester and Grimsby don’t win again this season. Some of our more negative fans have been saying it isn’t going to happen for months…
They can both win one as we’d top them on GD if we win all 3 games.

Are you saying there's a chance?

Chesterfield have the easiest run in and the best goal difference. If someone's going to sneak in it might be them

Statistically there is less chance now than there was months ago when everyone was saying we had no chance.

Is that true? The likelihood of us winning has increased as the season has progressed. I.e. we've improved our short and medium term PPG considerably.

Shame townenders ELO prediction didn't have historicies

Edit:

You are correct, but it's hardly a dramatic drop

Currently giving us a 0.11% chance of playoffs

https://townenders.com/stat_elo_table_projection.php

On 10th November it was a 1.49% chance.

Today shows how far we have come with Holloway in charge. Anyone else that was  at the 4-0 drubbing away at Colchester will understand that. Coming out the ground after an abysmal performance with certain relegation staring us in the face. Was that the game that put us rock bottom? Can’t remember. Don’t want to remember. Fast forward a few weeks and we’re celebrating a probable mid table finish with the threat of relegation banished. And yet here we are with a possibility of a playoff spot. Football is really a funny old game.

Yep, and seemingly nailed on for relegation having already lost at home to both Morecambe & Carlisle

Since then we’ve won 13 out of 25 (with 8 draws, & only 4 defeats).

Franchise in 3rd with 30 points when we were bottom with 13 points!

If Franchise don't pick up points soon and Carlisle continue their form, we could be in a chance of relegating Franchise.

So incredibly unlikely. But that would make it all the sweeter if it were to happen...
