I accepted relegation as inevitable last night but I'm actually a step beyond that now. I'm now thinking that's the best possible scenario for the Club in its current state. My concern now is that we don't go the way of Bury and anyone who thinks that is hyperbolic, just consider that not so long ago not that many people would have even considered relegation from the FL as a likely outcome...

If you think it’s all down to the manager you are deluded.
I don't think anyone is that deluded to be fair but the fact is we've got worse under Holloway. He hasn't a clue which team to pick., he's full of bluster which is mistaken for "passion" and "cheeky chappiness" that's mistaken for "character and he's taken us to the bottom of the pile. It's the fault of the hierarchy ultimately of course but I can't believe anyone thought we wouldn't be a laughing stock as soon as Holloway stepped into the office. I will hold my hands up if he turns it around, I will.

It's actually happening isn't it.

And it is fully deserved. We can have no complaints when we go down.

Spot on.
Kennedy would have got at least a point out the last 4 . Ollie doesn't have time for a virtual pre season

And we’re going to allow this clueless clown of a manager to be in charge of January recruitment when he’s been out of the game for 4 years. Who will want to join this sinking ship.

We can only hope the National League is as far as we will fall.

My prediction is we won't have to worry about Holloway's lack of knowledge of league 2 football or his scouts not knowing anyone this low down the ladder.

He's not going to be the one making the signings this January because he'll get his 1000th game vs Grimsby & he'll quit.

And mine, he will manage his 1000th game against Grimsby on 21st December then depart citing broken promises and being unable to work with a split fanbase.  The SO69 protest will be a convenient excuse IMO.

No, it wouldn't. In a spiteful moment last night I hoped we'd sack him on 999.

The whole thing is a sideshow in a season that needs every bit of help it can get on the main show.

I won't as there must be someone out there better placed to try and keep us up as it clearly isn't his calling.
