Dunno about a field on the outskirts of Calne but im haunted by the majority of our performances this season!

Play like the last 25 on Saturday and im sure a victory is on the cards. Need some steel in Midfield to START on Saturday.

Also, I think Town will lose. And it'll be by the arse cheek fluke of a goal or the lurpak lathered gloves of Mssr Bycroft. A scenario that only we would be hopeful to pick up 3pts by.
I want to be spectacularly wrong and I hope I am. This probably will give an indicator of where the season ends up going.
NB: I know there are outliers but often, when a team is in the bottom four after 15 games, they never tend to get any higher than about 16th place. The other day I predicted 17th but I just can't see 7 teams that are worse than Town and have actually played 16 games. Possibly 3 worse teams than Town at a stretch...so the trapdoor looms - maybe not this season but that's if we're lucky as we're on track to score just 37pts...I don't want to think about it but if not this, then next season could be our ''confirmation'' of being granted access to the National League...finally affirming what we have long tried to avoid and not see as a distinct reality.
