Playing Drinnan is like choosing to start a match with 10 players. This Irish love in has got to stop. Pick the best players not those with a Gaelic twang. The luck of the Irish has deserted us

Bycroft Sobowale Hall Wright Mcgregor Cox Kilkenny Clarke Butterworth Smith Drinan
First game when available that Freckleton and Cotterill haven't started? Interesting that Bycroft also back in.

Interesting that we have no loan players in the starting 11 today for the 1st time this season.

I think that's a bit unfair, I think he's done okay when he's featured given he's had very little service

For me hes just not mobile enough and is slow thinking. I would much rather start with Glatzel who is out of favour despite being fit.

Oh yeah absolutely, for me Glatzel is one of the first names on the team sheet.

Whilst arguably correct it’s clearly a calculated move to pander to public opinion and further throw Kennedy under the bus and try to convince everyone that there are no must play or financial obligations in the loans. I don’t for one second think it’s a carefully thought out tactical move. If it works great, if not then well the rest of the squad are just as shit.

For me, he's better than Tshimanga

Not sure what Drinan has done to merit a start. Butterworth keeps getting picked too and for what?! Bit gutted to see we’re starting with 5 at the back again too.

It's gunnings team. Got to wait to a bit to see what the new order is. Let's hope we're not in Regret today. Keep the True Faith

I think it could be 4-4-2 tbh, would only really be Butterworth out of position, and I'm not convinced he really has a position.
Bycroft Sobowale Hall Wright Cox Mcgregor Kilkenny Clarke Butterworth Smith Drinan
We'll see.

I would prefer this line up but as Gunning picked the side I cant see there being any different tactics/style today than under Kennedy.

Hopefully its not another Blue Monday. And That the team is Touched by the hand of god and they aren't in Shellshock that Kennedy left
