I wonder if we’d give Bignot a go or whether we’d bin him off with Kennedy…
I reckon we’d keep Bignot. It gives them another layer of breathing room before having to find a completely new coach. Give Bignot a go for a few months, if it’s not working, replace him with Gunning until end of the season and then hope to scrape something else together next June. Rinse and repeat next season.

Bignot sums the club up, he’d clearly take any job going. A few years ago he played in the Gloucestershire veterans league against us for a team of bankrupt footballers who were being paid by some rich guy on an ego trip to play in it. It included the likes of Lee Hendrie, Darren Byfield, Kevin Betsy etc. Amusingly Lee Carsley was playing as well… but yeah Bignot has is obviously not the answer and is just here because he’s cheap. That was the ex Shrewsbury and Tranmere manager. But back on Bignot, if the rest of that lot are anything to go by it seems he’d do anything for a few £’s which under this regime is a recipe for disaster so I’d rather he doesn’t get a chance. Sent from my iPhone

Purely because we have nobody in the building with experience of running a successful football club, we are guaranteed to make the wrong decision if we get rid of Kennedy. Basically, its another season gone and the best we can hope for at the end of it is to still be in League Two. How utterly depressing.

Can we just stop fucking about and get someone who can at least steer us to safety? This is madness.
Please someone buy us.

What we’re witnessing is footballing purgatory.
We keep these owners and we drift into non league and/or insolvency and many of us will find other things to do with our time. When the people running the club represent so much that you are against, it’s the natural result. There’s only so long that the super glue holds. It’s been tested one time too many. (Note to Zavier Austin, they won’t “just keep coming back” you ignorant, criminal fool). I’m not going to go on Saturday. I don’t want to, and I’ve got a ST.
Or we find new, credible, genuine owners, and we start again. This needs to happen as soon as possible. But owing to the fact that the current jokers are the decision-makers in that sale, it’s pot luck whether the new owners are credible. That’s why the Trust has a role finding the next incumbents - it massively increases the chance that we won’t end up with more of the same.

We seemed to revert to aimless hit and hope yesterday which seems to be our default when Smith plays. While this crop of players aren’t great, I feel they can do better than the dross that is being served up week in week out.

The problem we have is that the club has become the legitimate face of what we're led to believe is some pretty shady business dealings. For the current ownership sell the club, the cynic in me says that it would take an offer that would eclipse any nefarious financial gains that are currently being realised by Zavier Austin etc.

We’re not just in a relegation battle it’s about keeping our football league status. Enough is enough get rid of Kennedy and appoint Neil Warnock (or someone experienced) until the end of the season at least he would galvanise the squad and get the best out of them and hopefully behind the scenes Clem will see sense and decide to sell up for a reasonable price.
Not ideal but things are getting to a critical stage and left much longer it will be too late to turn things around and who knows if we will even have a club at all if we were relegated to the nation league.

Warnock crossed my mind too. Don't know how feasible he would be, currently 'Football Adviser' at Torquay...
