Yes the midfield was shit. Didn’t even notice Kilkenny was on the pitch until he was subbed. What’s happened to him?
He's caught Swindon Town

I will say one thing in Kennedy's favour - he keeps fronting up and doing these interviews rather than sending Bignot. Sheridan always used to send out Wright when we lost.
On the other hand, Kennedy probably shouldn't be doing them as he just digs a bigger hole every time.

The two interviews could have been from different games!
He needs to understand that the lack of quality in the team means that we need to create a hatful of chances to score one. Also, we are likely to give away a fair number of goals, so we need to score at least 2 per game.
So, we don’t want to hear him being pleased at creating less than half a dozen half chances. We don’t want him to be unconcerned about us not scoring. We want him to coach a team to pound teams at home and be a bit tighter away from home.
I don’t think he is capable of turning this around. I fear we are going to see the return of Mad Gav soon.

That was poor today, it was shite early on but Kennedy didn't try anything to make it better, again!. He's fixated on a particular formation and individuals but and doesnt do anything to change momentum when it's clearly not working. Made it so easy for Harrogate.
I'd be amazed and disappointed if Kennedy is still the manager in the Doncaster game. Although he thinks he should be managing in the prem there's very little, outside if his own ego, that suggests he should be managing at all.

So, first game of the season and Im not going to break my neck to get to a second game.
Really wasn't good. 2 Shots off the line. Ive no idea how one didn't go in at the town end. Harrogate didn't have a chance in the game. The one save our bloke had to make the ref blew up for a free kick anyway.
For me the positives - Cox seems like a good player as does Wright. Though Wright can still bung in a few shit passes.
Negative - No shape, no idea. I have no idea why, when Mcgregor was apparently POTM on Tuesday we refused to pass to him. Just bizarre. Sobowale just turned inside again and again. Let the kid run at them ffs.
All in all it seemed like 2 piss poor sides. I hope there are piss poorer teams in this league.

I’m 27 and I’ve never seen a Swindon manager so bad. So many red flags, persistence with a system that is clearly not working, not changing tactics to try and outsmart the opposition, the contradictions every week and such a lack of respect for the clubs history. Everything this guy says pisses me off, I’d honestly prefer Sheridan. I don’t think many managers could do well here but we need him gone now

It’s almost like it’s all part of a master plan to make Gunning an acceptable appointment.

I think it would be the same results but with more ‘entertainment’. Wouldn’t actually improve anything just rearrange the deck chairs.

I feel a little the other way about him from today. He regularly mentions about fronting up to the fans win or lose at the end of matches and is routinely doing the lap applauding etc. Which in isolation, I did respect and have some time for. However, today heading straight down the tunnel (it appears, apologies if I’m wrong or if it was for another reason) and avoiding it when things are rough doesn’t line up with what he said. Granted the atmosphere today was as toxic as it has been this season + the “you don’t know what you’re doing” chants but it doesn’t line up to mention those things (plus mention post match it being tough for the younger players) and then leave your squad and assistant to face the music post match.

I think he was protecting the players - I think he has enough self awareness to realise he’s the target for criticism. I respect him for fronting up in interviews and staying positive. Rather that than sheridans everything is shit approach. I hope it comes good but he’s going to have to change his style or something.
