I don't see any way we could play any formation with wide players in attacking positions though. The wing backs aren't much use either.
That's because we have recruited a team to play 3 at the back, exactly the same as last season. No real chance to change it now, we have gone in 2 footed on 3 at the back so are stuck with it now. |

What is the idea of playing anyone along side of Smith when they don't support him?
Why play three at the back and wing backs when nobody knows how to defend, or knows how to make a run forward?

All the local journos are back in the clubs pocket so don’t there will be much published criticism for him to respond to. Give them access to the likes of Russell and inside info on transfers and it’s all it takes to shut people up. |
