It's good that we have the crux of the squad in place in time for pre-season and for the first pre-season game on Saturday. It also gives the players we signed who had historical injury issues the chance to get a proper pre-season training and matches under their belts.

Also the fact we can field what (on paper at least) looks like a competitive first XI without any loan players. Hopefully the loans we do get will add depth and some extra quality |
