Presumably it's divvied up between owner, trainer and jockey?
I saw Brighton's owner Tony Bloom was the owner of the 100/1 winner in the first race. I bet even his shits smell of spring flowers, he can literally do no wrong when it comes to being successful in sport!

Vast majority goes to owner, much smaller slices to trainer/jockey. |
