Haven’t beaten the pikeys at Priestfield for nigh on 40 years - time to change that.

Old boys Jonny Williams and ‘Big Tits’ Hutton in opposition. Think we could spring a surprise here.

Start with Austin/Drinnan and Glatzel up top. Like to get a look at McGurk.

Piece of piss, 1-4

A game that could go either way depending on which Swindon turns up.
A point would be good.

The line-up will be interesting tonight. I wondered if Gunning was saving Charlie on Saturday to start tonight's game. In an ideal world you'd like to think Charlie's nous and experience would be key against a Gillingham side who boast the 5th best league defensive record. Then you look to utilise the pace and unpredictability of RHM, hopefully with a lead to defend using his pace on the counter.

I wonder if Cain might get minutes tonight also.

What’s happened with McGurk

I meant to actually say Cain and McGurk but forgot about him.

Both McGurk and Johnson weren't on the bench on Saturday, I wonder whether Gunning feels they aren't quite ready to be involved in the first team squad at the moment, or if he's just rotating the squad a bit more now we have the numbers.

Me too. Worth a couple of quid as their home form isn’t great, they don’t score many goals and we’re creating chances currently.
