Apparently we’ve got one of the best defensive mids in the league according to Gunning. Who’s that?

I'm assuming he means Khan. I guess based on the fact that one of the better teams in the League were trying to sign him would suggest he's not that bad

The worst thing about this, and we knew about it before this forum, is that the worst communicators at the club are Clem and Antony. Its so sad our leaders are so inept at communicating.

I agree. This is actually the toughest thing because they simply cannot communicate clearly.

For Clem I get it; but for the CEO to not be able to get across ideas is awful.

I find it incredible that the opening salvos of death by powerpoint were things we did which is excellent, but they don't seem to correspond to the initial things they said they were going to do.

The new 1, 3 and 5 year plans are obviously, rather vague too. It's all very confusing

In December Clem said to me that the trust he had put in people had been misplaced and that he realised that he need ed to be here far more frequently during the year to oversee things.

Whilst things have happened in his name, it isn’t necessarily his fault. He is however prepared to publicly say that he takes the blame and has apologised.

Apart from naming the individuals concerned, which may be illegal, what do you expect him to say other than admin errors?

It's all fine though lads, we've got a bigger budget than Crewe and Barrow.

He was making a counterpoint to the argument that a bigger budget would solve everything.

If they can do it, and we have a bigger budget, so can we.

Get rid of those he can’t trust and get a CEO that knows his stuff - not some limp biscuit.

Crewe invest millions in their Academy, so not much of a comparison.

The admin errors have happened so regularly. They don't happen regularly at other L2 clubs bar the basketcase ones.

I dont think it's that confusing.

However it is vastly different to his 5 year plan when he took over, which was to be in the championship.

Sadly this forum is being run terribly so nobody can ask the follow  up questions.

Why after 3 years is our 5 year objective now lower than it was when you took over?

If your short term plan is to get promoted how do you plan on getting a competitive squad together given the level of financial competition in this league?

We the fans see no evidence the squad has got any stronger over the last 3 years, how can you make us believe that will be changed over the next 1 to 2 years?
