I know it’s only 45 minutes but if I’d have guessed I’d have said Bobby Pointon was on loan from a Chelsea or a Liverpool.
No, he’s from Bradfords youth set up and has played 4 games for ‘em.
Looks decent.

After a decent first 10 or so and the best chance of the game for Austin, we've been quite poor. But it's 0-0, let's hope for a better second half. They look workmanlike but nothing else.

I think the best way to describe that half is ‘frantic’

I see Cheltenham have scored, imagine it taking until 7th October to score a goal. Christ.

Lost our early control there. Bradford look like the side that enjoyed that more. They have done a good job of holding up our wide CBs. They are usually the ones to break lines with a dribble, Bradford done their HW on that one. Few sloppy moments in possession and it could just be me, but though a few of ours looked quite leggy by about minute 30. Two occasions where we opened them up but fluffed the last pass, Khan once, RHM once. Plus the Charlie sitter, really bad that. Hopefully we get it right 2nd half. Expect them to make all 5 subs, not sure what positive changes we can make

Bradford looking the more likely after the opening exchanges.
Too many high balls down the middle from Mahoney.
Tbf Bradford not allowing us any comfort in building it up from the back.
RHM and Austin just don't link up and making it more difficult for the likes of Kemp to threaten.

can't really get out forward players into it properly.
RHM just isn't getting the chance to run. Kemp not influencing things Austin has the chances but it's one of the worst misses from one of our greatest ever natural goal scorer.
khan playing well imo but that yellow is a concern

I'd be tempted to replace Khan with Kinsella. Not much else we can do to be honest unless we push Shade forward and bring on Genesini/Uwakwe

Shade, Brewitt and McEachran the standouts for me so far.
Khan doing ok but his temper got the better of him for the booking.
FBT making a few silly mistakes, Dokes seems a little bit lost at times too.
Flashes of genius by Kemp and RHM but mostly just average at best. RHM needs to stay on his feet and Kemp cant seem to stay on his feet.
Austin looks way off the pace for me and not influencing the game other than his woeful miss early on.
Hutton making a few good runs but cant get the better of Ridehalgh yet.
Mahoney made a few good saves but doesnt like the high crosses and corners much.

Harder than the first half chance but that's another close range miss from Austin. Under a fair bit of pressure but it wasn't close.
