I was surprised he was dropped. I thought he did OK at Peterborough...

Me too, especially at home as he’s a more attacking option

I have to say in my short viewing of Town.   This has been the best movement of the ball in the attack I think.  Mckirdy did a lot when here but as a team there seems to be real purpose in ball movement and a dedication to quicker insertion passes and crosses.  Hope it continues very exciting and could lead to good things

Great to see you back.

HT. Very much the better team. Look solid at the back. FBT outstanding. Making some nice triangles in the middle. Look a little short of ideas up front. Ward looks out of place at wing back and isn’t the quickest!

Don't mind the set up so far. Lots of forward impetus. Clearly looking to use the wide areas. Relatively tight at the back.

Doubt Crewe will trouble the top half but good to have a lead at HT.

Enjoyed that, pretty solid.

Ward looks like a centre back out of position, which he is. Wakeling the only other player that doesn’t seem quite up to speed.

Other than that, can’t complain at all.

FBT, Khan and Dokes all looking very good, Hutton is mostly good too, Brewitt doing well so far as well.

Need a little more movement in the box and Charlie to not play quite so deep, otherwise some excellent attacking moves by Town.

He got clattered on Tuesday & went off shortly afterwards, I assumed he was carrying a knock? Otherwise definate starter

Decent half. Dokes and Kemp are absolutely quality signings. Khan and GMac looking decent in the middle. Ward is not an LWB on this showing.

Uwakwe not out on the pitch with the other subs. Maybe he’s coming on?

Lovely stuff, more of that please. Ward does look out of position but I'm going to want to see more than one bad half before passing too much judgement. Really like the overlapping CBs, this is how you play three at the back, not Morris style.

Wakeling and Ward coming off I think.
