Sutton sign GK Steve Arnold and CB Omar Sowunmi today. Announcing a midfielder later as well.

Can’t say I know much about either.

Sowumni is a member of that dying breed, the CB who occasionally goes up front because he's massive.

Oli Hawkins another playing on in that mould.

Remember Darius Charles at Stevenage as well.

Is that now 9 teams left to not make a signing?

Correct I think. Although from the list, Wrexham, Salford and Stockport squads seem to be well stocked already.

Bradley Dack to Bradford? That’d be a vast improvement on Williams.

Probably 9 yet to announce a signing. I’m sure we will have one or two lined up. Not ITK before anyone asks but just a feeling.

One Flynn loyal we won't have to worry about signing now is Robbie Wilmott who ends up at Woking.

Late Friday flurry.

Gills sign LB Max Clark who had a decent time last season with Stevenage

Bradford sign CB Ash Taylor on a free from Kilmarnock

FGR sign 6 foot 6 CB Ryan Innis from Charlton - Good one that I think

Stockport heavily rumoured to be signing Ibou Touray from Salford

Stockport confirm Touray signing as well as Billy Chadwick from Hull.

Newport sign midfielder Nathan Wood.

Think we’re into that period where signings around the league will be coming in heavy daily so will be harder to keep up with.

Interestingly though the Newport signing takes it to 18 out of 24 clubs that have started their summer business. The ones yet to start being Us, Wrexham, Crawley, Accrington, Salford and Morecambe.

yep, down to a dozen yet to do business.

I see Morecambe have lost Cole Stockton to Burton Albion. I wondered it he might have dropped to league 2.

Surprised by that.

The Gills also heavily linked with Alfie May which would be a good signing.
