Isn't that the standard fare along with Steve Lomas?

I’m sure it’ll be Bignot, or even Sean Wood or Mildenhall combo. The optics of giving it to the guy who managed us to our lowest league finish ever, a matter of months ago, would be laughable.

Not sure where they should turn next.

Ive heard Bignot's gone too. Wouldn't be against Wood as an interim. Much better than Gunning

I’ve heard my MIL has been interviewed for the job. Apparently she was heard muttering ‘Even I could do a better job than the Swindon manager’ in the PO queue in Gorsehill. Clearly not having an official CV is no impediment to applying for the position.

I’ll update you as soon as she’s put her teeth in and had her morning meds.

DRS - have you got access to flight manifests to Aus. All we need are the names of lower league desperado managers heading in the direction of Clem's house.

That sounds far too sensible for us.

Heard a rumour regarding Bodin and Tom Jones as assistant (not that one! Our 90s one) Not putting much weight to it but thought I'd share. But we all know it's going to be mad Gav

Tom drinks in my local, I’ll ask him if he’s in tonight. Also mention Zippy in the conv.

There is no chance of Bodin unless Clem & Co are mad, I suspect he has not even got his coaching badges and he has not been involved in top level football for many years

I would be shocked if Gunning is not involved in some sort of caretaker capacity.

Where we go next is anyone's guess, it wont fix anything as Russell will still be involved finding the next 'head coach' and set of players, and will probably take about 6 weeks to appoint someone, who will probably only last until the end of the season

Maybe, just maybe, Clem has learned his lesson after this exact same situation has happened every season he's been here, and has put appropriate clauses in the contract which means we can get rid of Kennedy without financial ruin, and also has another manager waiting in the wings to take over immediately.

Maybe. Maybe not mind.

Clem could channel his inner Lee Power and take the roll for a couple of games

Been told he’s gone.
Bodin to take over.

Which is nothing new and/or accurate *shrugs*
