I'm not sure we are watching the same game - we have been very "pleasant" on the ball, a few nice moves, one or two chances of sorts, but the entire midfield and defence has looked fragile. Bradford have had 7 or 8 shots already with three really good chances. An impartial viewer would have the team in blue as the eventual winners if they had to choose right now. I did miss the Barrow game, so maybe is just relative and expectation based.
The bar is just very low at the minute.

Having done a Lindsey tribute game, we now seem to be doing a Gunning one, wide open at both ends.

Had Jephcott connected properly we would have benn 1-0 up. If Bradford taken their chances we would have been 3-1 down. Swindon have played better in this game than in the last 6 or 7. Clayton has covered Brewitt who has had a tough time so far. Williams has been a bundle of energy.

I find myself agreeing with Rob T: we are looking very Britney - pretty but fragile. It’s what we’ve done all season, and what’s done for us.

Bradford will step it up 2nd half and we’ll fall apart. It’s our ‘style’

Yeah. That’s what I meant about being worried about the last 15.

This half has been a lot more fun to watch than most recent games, but I'm not sure it's actually been better for a manager in terms of showing a plan being implemented. Still, I'll take fun. Gavball has returned.

The fact we are describing this as improvement on recent weeks is actually tragic and shows how low our standards have sunk.

Decent to watch, but not many signs of us working to address our core weaknesses.
