I think the club needs completely fresh leadership. I didn’t realise my opinion is so highly valued.

We hear Sandro saying our model is to get young unproven players here to develop and sell in buts what's happened to our own academy players under 18's etc as over the last ten years we've had hardly anything come through and progress if you exclude Twine.

Genuine question - does anybody on here want the current manager and coaches to be kept on, or know anybody that does?

I personally think it’s time to make the change.

I’d be on the phone to big Dunc’ Ferguson asap

They get sold before they get near our first team.

That's the problem they aren't given a chance and probably not ready to go to the bigger clubs where most end up disappearing into the sunset without trace.

It’s not. But you were asked a question and you’ve a lot to say.

I have enjoyed reading the healthy debate over the last day or so.  However, I think that SL isn't going anywhere. I strongly suspect that he has the job for the whole of this season.

I don't know, if you were Clem, who has put a fair share of wedge into the club, and work hard on building trust in the fan base and attract a new fan base to the club, a look on socials would say something has to happen to keep that fair will in place. He also doesn't strike me as someone who takes fools lightly.

Gladwin has said 5 times there we were rubbish and didn't create anything, why has the interviewer insisted on saying we have played well and dominated

Or one of the more recent lads that looked like he could make it was sold to Bournemouth, nothings changed. Bid comes in from a big club and he will be sold. Simple.

Edit, I don’t think bmuff are at all a big club, but that’s unfortunately where we are right now. A club higher up the food chain is better suited.

If I was Clem I wouldn’t touch ‘socials’
Also, not sure we’ve attracted a new fan base. Last season probably reinvigorated a few but can’t imagine we’ve attracted many new fans.
