2-0. Fair play to France. Morocco no end product.

Without wanting to sound patronising I thought Morocco were terrific last night. Going a goal down to the current World Champions after 5 minutes and having to surrender their first choice centre back partnership due to injury they were always up against it. It's been said before but despite how excellent they were technically, they lack a real cutting edge and a top class striker would have made a real difference.

France again seemed to play within themselves and seem to have a lot of luck on their side at the moment. Both of their goals were very fortunate deflections that fell into the goalscorers path. (first goal was superb technique to finish to be fair) I think Griezmann has been their best player to date, superb all over the pitch.

The final is tasty, 2 big guns of World Football. I can see Argentina edging it if I am honest, the French will need to up their game for sure.

Fantastic effort from Morocco last night.  Especially given their last minute/on pitch injury disruption.

France under the cosh down their lhs in the 2nd half.  Hence Deschamps' moving the defensively non existent Mbappe from the wing to the centre at 1-0 in order to shore up the defence on that flank.  It worked, just as has the Griezmann conversion to midfield.

Neither Messi nor Mbappe contribute much defensively and the fawning attention they get is sickening.  They are great footballers however.  Legends, you really do need to have a word with yourself about your silly comments about smashing Mbappe's jaw/teeth.

I enjoyed that last night and nice to see France on the back foot for long periods of the game. Morocco played some delightful football Just a shame they don't have top quality up front to go with their fast attacking play.

The only positive I can get from this final pairing is that one of them will be upset.

This, I must confess it would be lovely to have a Morocco win, but if it comes down to an Arg-Fra final I would probably like Arg to win it just to know how much that would piss Ronaldo off.

This is a sentiment I can get on board with.

Would like the Polish ref to win it.

Failing that, Argentina are the lesser of two evils.

Pound for pound France are possibly the better team.

This final is a no win situation.
I cannot find it in me for either team to win.

Winning back to back World Cups would be some achievement. I don't think France have been anywhere near their best yet.

I’d like to see the Argies win it, simply because it would annoy Ronaldo.
