Surprising how many Swindon fans are from Stroud. Got to know a fair few over the years.
Know most of the Didcot lads.
Always see Andy at most away games and acknowledge each other. Travels with a few other decent lads by train.

Andy is a Melksham fella, ‘Gumbo’ as he’s known to his mates. They’re a good bunch.

That’s it Gumbo, I know him being referred to as that.
There is another cracking lad who travels with him, met him at a Carlisle a few seasons back and we’ve got to know each other. Again spoke to him in the pub at Gillingham, just along from him in the black and white horizontal TShirt.
Definitely all from Melksham as you say.

Meet up regularly with a few Stroud lads now at games.
Become real Mates.
As mentioned surprised how many come from Stroud. Know so many faces and was in the pub early morning last season before the FGR game. A fair few were local from Stroud.

This amused me - we're the worst two teams in the division for shot effectiveness (i.e. goals scored for the number of shots taken) - albeit we're "only" bottom of the pack and Gillingham are scale-breakingly bad
