In a variation of the standard loan agreement, I wonder if Swansea are paying us to play Cotterill as well as covering some or all of his wages.

I'd imagine so. Its not unusual, that's why he's seeing the green green grass of home a lot.

Redman Evans on loan to Westbury. Have to say it's a bit disappointing it's taken this long to get him out to that level.

Anyone remember (or care to dig up) the terms of Saidou Khan’s loan agreement.

I see he’s played a grand total of 4 games for Tranmere (3 in September & 1 in October) he could well be injured but I don’t know?

We’ve obviously changed manager since…

I assume the decision to loan him out was more financial (…and still is) than footballing reasons but is it possible we could recall him? would want to recall him? could afford to recall him?

He's coming back from injury according to the quite good loan report the club put out yesterday.

Jaxon Brown has been recalled after a great loan move to “ work his way into Town's first-team consideration.”

Is he a midfielder or ?? Seemed to be doing well, so a bit surprised unless the ghost has slimed some first teamers.

Unless we are doing the  dirty and getting him a higher level loan.

CM. Suggest it might mean Clarke's injury is worse than first feared.

I thought he was desperate to leave.

Good to see Brown back, even if it's just to loan him to a higher level.

I'm sure Holloway mentioned Clarke had ruptured a tendon at some point amid the ghosts nonsense.

I don't know exactly what a ruptured tendon is but it always seems to be a long term injury or even a season ender.

Here we go

He said: “He has ruptured a tendon on the outside of his ankle because he landed so awkwardly.

“He was looking crazily fantastic in a different position that I put him in and I think that he would have won some of those headers and knocked them sideways as he went and smashed them.

“I was going to put him slightly further back and I am absolutely devastated [by his injury].”

My non medical opinion is that it's not good to rupture things

Jaxon Brown update from the Moonraker:

"Standout performance in shuttle run challenge played major part in Jaxon Brown recall from Canvey Island loan"

Lummy. Perhaps he's been brought back to be the fitness coach!

"The midfielder recorded the fourth fastest time Holloway has seen in his running challenge last week."

Stamina 20 on the next FM please.

"If I'm one of the lads in my group and I see him come back, I'm going to be 'woah, hang on a minute. Hang on a minute. He's going to try and take my place, because he could play anywhere.'"

anywhere?

Starting to get a real hunch that he starts LWB on Saturday tbh.

Well, he could for about five minutes before his hamstring popped.
