I took it as though the away fans get vocal and that spurs the team on. Be nice to get a bit of volume (in a good way) tonight. chicken and egg team needs to produce to ignite home fans home fans making noise helps the team

Absolutely, start winning games and fan appreciation at home will improve.
I haven't heard much actual booing at home games just massive amounts of frustration, that said home crowd noise seems a bit poor at times, starts off really loud then fades after the first 15 mins or so in games.
I am 100% sure that if we start winning games at home and scoring a few goals then that will get better.

First home game for weeks, under the lights, crowd will be north of 8k again. We drop more points and Saturday's crowd might suffer, mind... but we won't. 3-0.

FWIW we do have a poor record at home this season but in midweek games this season we are unbeaten. All 3 of our defeats have come at home in the league and on a Saturday.
In home games Tranmere 0-0 League Arsenal 2-1 PJT Newport 1-0 PJT
In away games Cambridge 0-0 LC Sutton 2-1 League Plymouth 3-1 PJT

I will most likely be watching this game on my phone on my way to the in laws for thanksgiving, 6 he drive.
I see a town win 2-1. Mckirdy is going to come out running like a squirrel on cocaine! Can’t wait to see him cause trouble

Going in the Arkells for the first time in ages. Think it will be quite cold up there this evening. I am optimistic we can turn our home form around. I will most likely be watching this game on my phone on my way to the in laws for thanksgiving, 6 he drive.

McKirdy will be chomping at the bit tonight I am sure.
We and Simpson missed his running on Saturday, I would also like to see Williams start for either Payne or Gladwin from the off.
Wollacott Hunt Conroy Odimayo KKH Reed Iandolo Williams Payne McKirdy Simpson

Gladwin has that little bit of something no other player in our squad has - re that exquisite bit of skill that set up Payne’s goal Saturday. He can also be sloppy at times and Garner seems to like managing his game time.
So, it’s Williams for Gladwin and Hurdy Gurdy for Gilbert.

I agree that Gladwin looks the only midfielder who is willing to take a risk most of the time and on Saturday did set up the 2nd goal well but his overall play was pretty poor IMO. I still wouldnt be shocked to see us start with Payne and Gladwin again and bring Williams off the bench in the 2nd half, but I do think Williams offers us something nobody else does when he breaks with power and speed and wins us free kicks. McKirdy for Gilbert is an absolute no brainer though.
