To what do we owe the resurfacing of this 8-year-old event? I know it was the greatest moment of your life but is it an anniversary or something?

I assume that it was done in the 5-2 win over Port Vale in November 2013?

I think everyone knew he wouldn’t be available tomorrow - with or without quarantine.

I'm assuming that the Jamaica Football Federation will be covering the cost. Read somewhere that this was now down to a 5 day stay as opposed to 10. Could be wrong though.

Go for it, I read that FGR is the lowest town population to support an EFL club currently and before that Burslem for Port Vale held the title.
Please enlighten me....

Not really matchday mornings, especially for a home game when fans are out doing what they need to prior to going to the game. We are still 4 pages into a matchday thread on a Saturday morning which aint bad.

A few thoughts from Vale fans about today. This will be a nice, comfortable Vale win. Swindon may have been a bit better than expected but we have a much better team and should win again. 2-0 Vale. They have not scored bagfuls of goals, so surely even our defense can keep them at bay?
I don't think I've ever been this confident about us playing anyone! Especially away from home!
Is it a case that Swindon bought a lot better than us in a much shorter window or is it a case of a very good start by Swindon which will fade?
Swindon have not bought better than us.
Will fade.
Don’t know much about Swindon and who they’ve signed but they have made a better start than us but we will have a better idea after today’s game
I think this game is set up perfectly for us. They'll come at us with high expectations and play right into our stubborn path.
Bring it on. Play without fear and without the expectation of a big home crowd to keep happy.
These are a side with financial problems, lost their best players and scraped the barrel for signings. They’ve started well but will probably fade. We should be going there looking to win and they will be more worried of us, then we will of them imo.

I've no idea how people can make such assumptions so soon in the season and without us having played each other.

Absolutely, who the fuck knows who has bought better than anyone else, it all depends on style, a good player at Port Vale may not be so good at Swindon due to our far more possession and passing based style than they have, a huge slow good in the air target man will not suit the ball being played to feet as we tend to play etc etc.

A few thoughts from Vale fans about today.
Hopefully they will be in for a bit of a shock.
