Too many big players off the pace today, Conroy, Critchlow and Payne as well as Gladwin for most of the game.

Simpson easily my MotM today.

Frustrating we’ve conspired to lose this after getting back into it!

FT 1-2

Bleh, didn't deserve to win today but were given a chance and came to life...only to fade again. Poor show lads.

1-2 full time. On balance of play Port Vale deserved the win. Swindon started the second half strong and after equalising looked like potentially scoring a second goal. Port Vale scored the second though and that was that.

Well that was dreadful other than 20 minutes when we got back into it. Create our own problems and personally I’m a bit worried what we will do when conditions deteriorate as we don’t seem to have players capable of doing the dirty work.

Ok, so only listened to the game today but sounded very similar to Mansfield but this week the opposition punished us - where as Mansfield were wasteful.

Opposition pressing us but we still stick to our passing game and play ourselves into trouble.
