For me it is.
It also means I can’t fit into any of my smart clothes.

And you even said you didn't enjoy the pre-match Maccy D's at Northampton which is a good sign mate Wink

Yeah, very true!  Tastebuds have changed over the past year which has been good too

but I am now. I have to log everything I eat. it's surprising how easy it is to underestimate intake.

I'm doing this more carefully now, I realised I was grossly underestimating my calories at one point.

Anyone know any good 30-40 min HIIT vids I can do in my living room with no equipment and a copycat 3 year old?

Find a good Tabata routine. Tabata is a killer and if you do 5 cycles of 8, it's 24 minutes including resting periods. You do 20 seconds of hard exercise, 10 seconds of rest and repeat that 8 times. Then rest for one minute and repeat the whole 8 cycles 4 more times.

Here's a load of things you can incorporate - all from home with no equipment.

I need to start logging my own food and drink. I think I’d be horrified with the amount of calories I have from lattes a day!

Black coffee with no sugar elicits no calorific response and can actually aid weight loss.  Luckily this is how I like my coffee although loads of caffeine obviously isn't ideal in any case.

I did a 20 minute Joe Wicks HIIT and had to break in the middle!

Strange, how for years playing football I could do short, sharp bursts but long distance and monotonous pace was a drag.

Now I can walk 15 miles without so much as a muscle ache but 10 minutes at pace I’m lead on the floor chugging cold water.

Is that also the case for tea? I have both coffee and tea black with no milk.

Although this year we bought a new coffee machine that has one of those Cappucino makers so occasionally have one with oat milk that I am sure bumps up the amount of Cals. (I'm not vegan, just don't like dairy milk in coffee or cereal hence the oat choice)

I imagine so, a quick comparison on Mr Google suggests so too.  I assume that as only a small minority of people drink their tea black it's not something that is mentioned as often while researching such things before.

Caffeine can help to increase metabolism, which is generally why it's the main ingredient in weight loss pills.

Christ, with the amount of coffee I drink I'd hate to imagine my weight gain without it!
