Demolishing the Stratton Bank toilets will remove a lot of trauma from Bristol City fans.

If ever there was something that is indicative of Clementes' tenure here, it is people getting excited that a match has been given the go-ahead one day before the match is scheduled.

That's an important point, it seems like the club acting in such an amateurish fashion has become normalised.  Expectations are low, communication is poor, and when something necessary is done at the last minute, that should not have been a discussion in the public domain in the first place, supporters are supposed to be happy about it.  The club is not being run correctly off the field, while on the field, Ollie needs to wear several hats at the same time.

I'd rather someone wrestling related that isn't a rapist or similar, but that generation is slim pickings.

Shame the AEW owner already owns Fulham.
I'll take Billy Corgan

Wasn't it the belief that other(s) were actually more keen on selling and it was Clem that was the one digging the heels in so rather the opposite of that?

Although that was Kiely specifically.

I do wonder how many others there are between Zav, Hart, Kiley plus wives, maybe Standing and got knows who the fuck else.

and for the record I'll take every last bit of potential interest news I can get if you think its genuine, I need something to cling on to. And if something isn't for the public forum i'd welcome it slipped in to my DMs. Only thing keeping me going with football at the moment as totally depressed with everything else about it.

Yep, true to all that I’m aware of. I wonder if Clem was clever enough to change the clause in the articles of association that ended up giving him the right to acquire the club? Would be hilarious if that was the downfall that saw him to be forced to sell…

The Bank work is clearly a last minute scramble, what kind of competent organisation would choose to do demolition works once the season has started.

I think Andrew Hawes mentioned it, but can you imagine we beat Cardiff in the league cup and draw West Ham or Southampton at home and can't use the Stratton Bank?

Odds on it being thanks to an unpaid debt or in return for doing some of the safety related fixes?

Does this mean the fabled STFC Shop Front Lake will be removed from the glorious approach to the CG?  I am hoping they were not involved in the sandpit next to it with Don stood above it trying to keep his feet from going orange.

That said, why on earth this statement has been left until friday pm to be published I have no idea.

Same reason as the Diamandis era made Friday afternoon statement time, people are at the start of the weekend and don't care as much.

Fucking hell he's ploughed so much in to a wrestling brand that hasn't been relevant since the 80s. Needs new Smashing Pumpkins albums just to fund the habit. They can't even get a TV deal.

Come waste your money on us instead Billy.

I think he is just very very simple.

In other 'interesting' Swindon fans, I see Batch has been making friends with 50% of 'the Robs'
