Come on Batch, the club is busy trying to work out how to reply to the questions raised in the AB meeting on 1st April. Have some understanding!

Mine arrived this morning.

The displacement is from the 26/27 season.

Affected seats are

D2U and D6U rows H to O

D3U, D4U, D5U rows H to P

They are offering a 10% discount on the cost of the 26/27 season ticket as compensation, and the opportunity to take your current seat home when it's removed if you renew in a new seat.

Public consultation sessions in the Legends on 22/4/25 at 10:00, 14:00 and 18:00 and at 19:00 on 23/4/25

There are then sessions in June to allow you to pick your new seat.

Like many, I've been in my current seat for 20 years. The whole thing sucks.

To be fair they said they would be sent this week, and they have been.

Doing as they said, unusual territory indeed.

Thanks Bernard.

Any idea if that's inclusive, I assume so? I'm in the fun zone.

Edit: oh, 26/27. But the invectives are for moving early into 25/26?

Roughly 1,118 seats  Doh

Fancy reducing the capacity of the most popular stand by almost 25% to add a few corporate boxes.
Gonna look terrible.

Yup, inclusive.

The incentives are for the 26/27 season, if you actually buy a new ST for that season.

You can reserve your seat for 26/27 this June, with no commitment to actually buy.

I'm like a stuck record but they are going to ruin the one decent stand we have.
Happy to be proved wrong however

Agreed. Fucking terrible plan. Shows what the priorities are, not that I can see them being used much.

Don’t forget, the requirement on the redevelopment clause is that contracts are signed for the redevelopment.

Personally, I’ve always suspected Clem going through the motions to get to that point but soon as the contract is signed, everything to go idle and after enough time has passed, eventually cancel the contract and make the developer take the club to court to get what they were paid or agree a cheap cut fee to settle any litigation.

Settled the redevelopment clause from the Council, Clem doesn’t put the club in a more unfavourable financial position by taking on more debt, the redevelopment doesn’t happen.

Maybe I’m wrong though and he really means to follow through and deliver this time, and I’m just jaded too much from the repetition of the same bullshit over and over again? Only time will tell!

The council can't afford to buy back the County Ground so the clause is, and always has been, very unlikely to be used.  Its not an automatic buyback just an option.

There's no money in this idea at all, it will take decades to make a return if at all.   Appreciate the effort though and know its not easy to find a commercially viable development on that site without plenty of cash.

That looks like 3 tickets fucked here Angry

I can't understand why they aren't redeveloping the Arkells, where all the facilities (and club heirarchy).
