Is that not likely to be just a contractor tax dodge?

Yeah, probably not much to see here, unless they are paying excessive consultancy fees.

Potentially, although I'm not up to speed on IR35 anymore. The key bit is we were told to keep an eye on that organisation. We didn't randomly find it.

I can see all sorts of games getting played with directorships, companies etc if Morfuni loses his court cases and effectively is banned from ownership under EFL rules.

I'm way out of the loop now but why is it key that you were told to keep an eye on that and by whom??

My guess is it could be a potential destination for club shares/assets (or the club as a whole) to be moved to in the event that something blows up in the world of Morfuni? By whom doesn't really matter..

Why would he be banned? Is there precedent there? If EFL don't ban the likes of Power for ruining clubs before us, you wonder where the line is. Money launderers obviously need not apply.

It could literally be tens of things, just another case of half a possible story becoming the main story with little to nothing of factual substance to back it up. I'm not for one second saying that the ownership, club and the way its 'run' isn't a total shit show but these prolonged games of Chinese whispers seem to be doing little more than getting supporters blood pressure up.

No Chinese whispers here. It was mentioned to us that the company had been incorporated by Anthony Hall, and that we should keep an eye on it, so we will. We then highlighted that, but it's all public record.

There are loads of offences listed in the FPPT that would prevent him being allowed to own the club such as being convicted of an act considered to be dishonest, fraud, 2 or more convictions plus loads on business related arrangements. If he was to lose every part of the case him and Skelton are defending he’d be in a bit of bother I’d imagine and that’s before factoring in what the knock on impact to his businesses would be.

Feel like this is a safe space to say this but, I don't understand why statues are seen to be a priority for the Trust and the Foundation. I would rather employ four coaches for a year, leave it to local businesses or SBC?
