If there is an additional 450 hospitality spaces in the DRS (ie, in addition to the boxes) does that mean that they need to reserve 450 seats for those guests - in central spots, meaning we’ll have a Wembley like void of seats where STs can’t be bought, between the boxes and the TV gantry? That would suggest others need to be displaced in addition to where the boxes will go. Otherwise, where are the hospitality seats?

I think the displacement rows include these seats - i.e. there were more rows mentioned than needed just for the boxes - but that's not seen in the pictures (letter has 9 rows removed in the central blocks)

Interesting that the first floor and buffet plans indicate a ‘future link to hotel catering’ this suggests there is a bigger picture plan. I assume the town end rebuilt and incorporating a hotel.

I know its only an artist impression but if thats done to scale then we will lose 5 blocks of 5 rows of 26 seats per row which only accounts for 650 seats yet it has been said it will displace far more than that, up to almost double that amount.

https://truststfc.com/2025/04/12/redevelopment-questions/Q8: The plans show rows up to L being removed so why are rows up to P being removed? The removal of the first five rows are to facilitate the addition of executive boxes. The remaining rows will be converted from “general admission” to “hospitality” for those using the new facilities but not sat in the corporate boxes.

So literally taking all the best seats from ordinary fans to give to the prawn sandwich brigade. It really is another kick in the teeth for normal fans. Are the corporate seats in the Arkell’s going to be changed to general admission as some kind of compensation or are they still planning hospitality over there as well?

Sent 2 yesterday about do you ensure plans aren’t changed/cut back after the vote and how do we ensure they have funds in place before the build starts so we don’t end up like Northampton did. Not posted yet though so still to answered I guess.

Apologies if this has been covered before or just was never an option, but is there any possibility for the supporters/trust/eady covenant with the ground development that allows some form of revenue making Social Enterprise that can generate funds that does not fall into the black hole of the clubs revenue stream - any profits from a community bar or whatever could be ring fenced for ground improvements/squad costs and not administration fees?
Just wondered if there was scope for this?

So where I am at with this, the picture look nice and all that but in reality we all know it wont look like that comes the end
I understand corporate in the Arkells is rarely a sell out, while you have to look to the future and IF we went up then there is a chance of filling it but is that if's but's and maybe's.
Dont forget how different the plans for statue park looked from what we got. Not surprising with the slop that ended up on social media. I'm sure people will be clamouring for a box in DRS if they're being served that.
