Tbh, this pretty much plays into Clem's hands. Why? Because the cunt doesn't want entertain any sale anyway {well not one that opens the chasm of skeletons within a bottomless closet}. The only sale he entertains is one that is sold within the same circles. If the Minogues decide to take pre-emption, he'll gladly accept - as it stays ''in-house'' somewhat. The number in their bank balances or on offer won't make a jot of difference.

All that will happen is very similar in process {courts aside} to how Clem wormed himself into owning the club. Invest/buy an uncontrolling share. Then have pre-emption rights as investing more {no matter how foolishly at first}. Become owner of the club {if lucky you get it for even less than you'd ever dreamed of}. I can really only see the ''wives'' being the next official owners of the club.

On that, what might be likely is that those current shareholders are probably are looking at investors {as reported recently} in order to put their own ducks in a row. No doubt if the ''wives'' buy the club. They'll then have their next ''15 percenter'' to invest at a point when they need the cashflow. Who we betting on for the next minority shareholder? Jewell? Nicholls? Power? The Official Ambassador of Pakistan? Kinahan...  Head Hurts

Do you think so?

I think Clem and potential associates want someone with big pockets to just buy for what they say it's worth, and sail off, without any further scrutiny.

Can he sell the club without the say so of the wives?

Can he, legally, enforce any kind of gagging order upon any new owner to cover his arse - even if that which he wishes to keep secret are, in fact, illegal.

There are Preemption rights. "Wives" get first refusal at same price.

Almost April and no news on season ticket or match day pricing and nothing on Holloway's contract. Is it worrying times more so than usual with this outfit?

Bradford have sold out their allocation in the Arkells and requested more tickets. Not sure exactly where they will go unless the club can sort out the Stratton Bank.

I suspect as much as anything an economic decision has to made comparing costs of keeping it up to scratch (and staff available to open it) and all RA's etc up to date vs the revenue if would bring in being basically used a couple (if that) of times a season.

Setting aside the Bradford game, until we get a bit further up the ladder I see little point spending a penny on it until its possibly needed when the TE is demolished/developed, how often are we realistically gonna sell out in this shitty league, or to be honest the one above!

The demand for the Stratton Bank will be probably less than 3 times in the next 5 years…

Absolute waste of time doing anything with it other than knocking it down.

If STFC want to accommodate the few bigger away followings that will come - it would be much easier to just give them more of the Arkell’s & if need be relocate a few season ticket holders for a game (if we are even having season ticket holders going forward!)
