bit harsh
Maybe. Just doesn't seem to read the balls movement or bounce. Nor the way that the defenders might move.

Really nice move from the fake STFC there stopped by Travers' legs.

This hoof ball ‘tactic’ is Sheridan’s method of meeting the brief to keep us up. Problem is that method may have worked 10 years ago but football has moved on, even in lge 1. I think we needed to be a bit more direct but fuck me there’s no need to go full John Beck.

John Beck had a method and it was well drilled down to the finer details.  This looks more like we've thrown together a formation then just said hit it.

Luckily, that's only Hunt and Lyden from last season. Pitman, Payne and Odimayo a bit, but not much in most cases, this year. The turnover of players has been extreme.

Today yes, but you have Conroy, Baudry, Caddis, Grant on top of those 2 that have played a significant part this season

Is it me, or does Garrick look out of his depth?

Tend to agree

Lyden needed to shoot there, clear sight of goal five yards out but tries to be unselfish. Best moment for Town so far.
